Kaizen Projects
LET’S EVOLVE WITH SEP
Our first project, “Student Enhancement Program (SEP),” was initiated by the Department of Psychology, MES Asmabi College, in collaborating with Sreenarayanapuram panchayat.
KAIZEN, as an NGO to promote mental health, is committed to being part of the Project. We would focus on student enhancement and improvisation of academic intelligence in Government and Aided schools under SN Puram Panchayath. In order to meet the project goals, Kaizen is training students to be competitive and skilled to work in the community. At present the project will be running through four phases; Training, Awareness and Identification, Accommodation, and Intervention. At the end of the four major phases, a transition planning phase will be held.
