I am a passionate psychologist who completed my PG from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. I have clinical work experience of 1+ year where I’m competent in handling personality disorders, addiction, anxiety, phobias, OCD, depression and neurocognitive disorders. I also have 3 articles published to my credit. Moreover, I’m also UGC NET qualified in 2022.

I believe that with compassionate and integrated approach, a mental health professional can facilitate the wellness of their clients. I’m trained rigorously in DBT, Mindfulness, IPSRT, CBT, MET and RPT. I’m open to explore new arenas and possibilities of psychology for the benefit of my clients. Nevertheless, I believe in working as team for the betterment of people who need mental health guidance.
