I am Risarashni. I have a post-graduate degree in Psychology from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit in Kalady. I completed my training under the guidance of Dr. Biji Vimala and Dr. Sreelal (Clinical psychologists at GMHC Peroorkada, Trivandrum). I am deeply passionate about aiding individuals who become stuck in life due to unforeseen occurrences. My skillset encompasses the application of behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and CBT. Throughout my 3 years of experience, I have consistently maintained a non-judgmental attitude and active listening while interacting with my clients.
